About Us
Waste To Art Nigeria is a pioneering project based in Ekiti State that focuses on turning waste into art while inspiring young people to think creatively and sustainably. Our mission is to reduce pollution, raise awareness about environmental sustainability, and empower youth to take responsibility for their surroundings. We visit schools to train students, organize clean-up events, and work with communities to transform waste into beautiful, meaningful art. Through this, we aim to build a future where creativity and sustainability go hand in hand.
Our Mission
Our mission is to instill creativity, environmental responsibility, and a sense of sustainability in young minds. By turning waste into art, we not only help reduce pollution but also empower youth to see waste as a resource. Waste To Art Nigeria visits schools across Ekiti State to provide hands-on training, teaching students how to turn everyday waste into art. Our goal is to integrate waste-to-art projects into school curricula and to establish Waste To Art clubs, where students can further explore sustainability and creative recycling.
We host creative recycling workshops where young participants learn how to transform waste materials into stunning artworks, encouraging both creativity and environmental awareness.
We organize community clean-up events to reduce pollution while educating participants about waste management and recycling. Waste collected during these events is transformed into art, reinforcing our message of sustainability.
Waste To Art Nigeria holds exhibitions to showcase the beautiful works created by students and participants, raising awareness about sustainability and waste reduction in the broader community.
Schools' Program & Clubs
Our school outreach is a key part of our mission. We partner with schools across Ekiti State to deliver workshops and training sessions that help students learn how to turn waste into art. Through our efforts, we aim to:
